If you have any prodcut quality problem, you can send it back to us with the original condition,we will repair or exchange new one for you.

If you have any using problem of the products which buy from Qihang, please feedback to us first, and we will discuss the issue with you. Via our technical support, we can dig out your using problem via our technical support in most of cases.

Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.

Q1: How many years for warranty can you provide?
A1: Normally 1 year. Can be longer but price should be modified.

Q2: How long can I get reply?
A2: Within 24 hours. Chinese working time 9:00-18:00 Monday-Friday online service to help you solve problems.Also reply by phone is possible at night time and weekends.

Q3: What shall we do if we find any item missing or defective after receiving the goods?
A3: Please contact us ASAP, we will check it and offer the best solution according to the situation.

Q4: Is it possible to customize the LCD modules?
A4: Yes you could let us know the concrete requirements then we will design and confirm with you.

Q5: Is it possible we appoint the delivery agent?
A5: Yes. Except the couriers we mentioned, we could use others as your requirement.

Q6:Products are in stock? How long can you deliver?
A:Our inventory is mainly semi finished products and raw materials and a small amount of finished goods. Small batch delivery needs 2-3 week, mass delivery takes 3-4 weeks.
