General Description

The JXL-7.0TFT-W2 model is a tft display colour module supplied by Shenzhen Qihang Electronic Industrial Co., Ltd. This main Module has a 7.0 inch diagonally measured active display area with 800(H)*3(RGB)X480(V) resolution. Each pixel is divided into Red, Green and Blue sub-pixels and dots which are arranged in vertical stripes.
LCD color is determined with 16.7M colors signal for each pixel.
The JXL-7.0TFT has been designed to apply the interface method that enables low power, high speed, and high contrast.
The JXL-7.0TFT is intended to support applications where thin thickness, wide viewing angle and low power are critical factors and graphic displays are important.

Test

Test instrument:

Desktop power RXN305D; TV signal generator FLUKE PM5418;

Constant temperature and humidity test chamber QTH-2S-C.

Test method:

Place the energized module in the constant temperature transverse humidity test box QTH-2S-C: set the temperature of QTH-2S-C to 60℃ and the humidity to 80%, conduct the module high-temperature test for 2 hours, and conduct the functional test for the module in the last half hour of the test;
The module was placed in the constant temperature transverse humidity test box QTH-2S-C: the temperature of QTH-2S-C was set to -10℃ and the humidity was 0%. The module was subjected to low-temperature test for 8 hours, and the module was electrified in the last half hour of the test for functional test.

High temperature test

The test equipment was placed in an environment with temperature of 60℃ and humidity of 80% for 2 hours, and the last half hour of the test was used for basic function test

The module can work normally

Low temperature test

The test equipment was placed in a low-temperature environment of -10℃ for 8 hours, and the last half hour of the test was used for basic function test

The module can work normally

High temperature and high humidity test

The test equipment was placed in a temperature of 60℃ and humidity of 90% RH environment for 2 hours to conduct the basic function test
