Q:Can we customize product? What cost will be included?
A:The product can be customized, but TFT lcd module has different tooling cost, which includes FPC, Touch Screen, Backlight , Bezel and so on.

Q: How to choose a suitable model of LCD display for a new project?
A: Think about the following key points to define a model you need, such as size/resolution/thickness/LCD interface
view angle/brightness/operation temperature and so on.

Q: When I get the LCD display sample, how can I tell its performance meets up with our standard or not?
A: You can ask us for a demo board, if possible, and check by yourself. If you need any guidance, we are willing to help.

Q:Products are in stock? How long can you deliver?
A:Our inventory is mainly semi finished products and raw materials and a small amount of finished goods.

Small batch delivery needs 2-3 week, mass delivery takes 3-4 weeks.

Q: What is the normal lead time?
A: If we still have samples in stock, delivery can be made within one week. If not, it generally takes about one month to
manufacture the samples. Please confirm with us to check.

Q: How long is the warranty and service of the product?
A: The damage caused by the product during normal use, during the warranty period, our company

is free to repair, the warranty period, or the damage caused by improper use is not within the scope
