Features

1. Lead-free manufacture procedure and environment friendly design

2. Specially made aluminum alloy guide rail provide hardnessand intensity

3. Auto synchronal input board connected device, ensures asmooth and steady input of board

4. Fluxes automatic supply system, low liquid warming

5. 1800mm preheating zone length, independent PID temperaturecontrol, heating even and steady

6. Chip wave and lambda wave, new and advanced technology ofhorizontal flow, little tin oxygenation,

ensure solder point perfect.

7. Auto conveyor finger cleaning system

8. Add a air curtain which compressed air-curtain to prevent soldering flux from

entering into preheating zone in the spray system.

9. The soldering flux liquid-level is supplied automatically, so you don't need to operate it manually.

Equipped with flowmeter to accurately control the flow.

10. With high-effective cast-aluminum heating plate and entire hot air preheating box,

temperature is more even and heat exchange speed will faster than before.

11. The surface temperature of the cast aluminum heating plate is lower than flux burning point,

no fire hazard, safe and reliable.

12. 12KW's case-iron heating plate, heat evenly and has long service life.

13. Nozzle has double wave crest design. It can be disassembled separately.

Using unique innovation advectional technology, wave crest is stable.

14. High-quality titanium alloy finger, is anti-corrosive and can be used for fixture.
