The 16MT Slab Deck Automotive Self-Propelled Rail Power Transport Cart System With Suspensions is an electric driven material transfer cart which is running on the rails. It is designed for material handling from one bay to another in the working site. As the rail power transport carts are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel and steel, the motorized transport carts are suited to very high loading capacities.
The power source AC380v is transformed into AC36v two-phase and are respectively connected to the two rails. Then the transport cart's wheels conduct the AC36v on rail into the electrical appliance box at the bottom of the cart, and then the AC36v is transformed into DC36v and then control the DC motor through the DC control system to make the rail power transport cart start, stop, go forward and backward.

b. Automatic stop when detecting obstacle or person, limit switches (to limit travel)
c. Automatic cutting off power on rail
