As the transfer trolleys are equipped with steel wheels and move on steel rails they are suited to very high loading capacities thanks to the very low friction between steel and steel.The capacity load can up to 500 tons.

Working Principle--- Self Propelled Transfer Trolleys

The batteries are installed in the transfer trolleys, and the batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the self propelled transfer trolleys, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on. It can get rid of the limitation of cables and remote control, which makes the operation more convenient, safe, which can be applied in long distance rail transit system.
