The steerable towed mold transfer truck, driven by motor and gear reducer, the rubber wheel can run the common ground directly, which has no limited running distance, rubber wheel can reduce the damage of ground. 360° in-place turn for more narrow space operation, 360° no corner protection, dead man stop and so on to protect the safety. Touch screen, rocker...which make the design more humanization.
The battery is installed in the mold transfer truck. The batteries supplied the electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. By this ways, we can make the steerable towed mold transfer truck to start, stop, go forward, backward, adjust the speed and so on.
1. 360 Degree Cornerless Turn
The turning mode of the towed mold transfer truck adopts a mechanical type, and the turning of the tranfer truck is controlled by the gap of speed.

The steerable transfer truck is mainly applied in assembly line (ring production line, loop production line), metallurgy industry (steel ladle), warehouse transport, ship industry (maintenance, assemble, container transport), work piece transport in workshop, lathe transport, steel factory (steel billet, steel plate, steel coil, steel pipe, section steel, steel structure), construction (bridge, simple building, concrete, concrete column), petroleum industry (oil pump, sucker rod and parts), energy (poly crystalline silicon, generator, windmill), chemical industry (electrolytic cell, retort etc), railway (rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).
Metallurgy industry: With the functions of steady traveling, step-less speed regulation, the cart is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc. Generally the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degree , due to the high temperature, the cart should be designed with heat exposure proof device, especially to the battery, motor, reducer and electric appliance.
Ship Industry: Due to the large load capacity, the transfer truck is applied in ship industry to transfer work pieces, maintenance tools(propeller, motor etc.). The truck is also applied in dock or harbor to transfer cargoes and containers. If needed, the hydraulic lifting device , weighing device and automatic device can be added.
