About the electrically operated steel coil railway transfer vehicle is powered by battery, the batteries are installed in the steel coil railway transfer vehicle. The batteries supply electricity to the DC motor through the electrical control system. We use this principle to operate the railway transfer vehicle, for example, start, stop, go forward and backward, adjust the speed and so on.
It can get rid of the limitation of cables and remote control, which makes the operation more convenient, safe, which can be applied in long distance rail transit system.
Electric Power Control System:It is mainly composed of control switch, voltage converter, warning lamp and conductive transmission device. Its main function is to provide the voltage needed for the operation of railway transfer vehicle and ensure its safety.
Driven Control System:It is mainly composed of motor, reducer, roller belt, brake device and brake controller. Its main function is to drive the railway trasnfer vehicle to slide on the track.
Car Frame:The frame material is steel structure, the outer surface is 50MM thick high strength steel plate, and the frame is welded.
Others:It include wheel frame, shaft coupling, transmission worm gear, pressure testing tool, or alarm lamp, stop device, explosion-proof device, hydraulic lifting platform device, etc.

The hydraulic lift system can be installed on the railway transfer vehicle to achieve lifting and other functions

The railway transfer vehicles can realize self-discharging by the hydraulic device
5. Safety Devices
Safety devices can be installed on the railway transfer vehicle, for example, proximity switches, dead man stop, alarm systems, buffers to achieve the corresponding safety functions.
