1.What's your minimum order quantity?

2. Is sample charges refundable?
Yes. The sample fee is refundable once your order in bulk production reaches our MOQ. And the sample fee shall be deducted in the balance.

3.What is your sample and delivery time?
In general, the sample time shall be 7-10 days. The shipping time shall be 3-8 days by FedEx or UPS

4. What's your lead time for mass production?
The bulk production time shall be 25-30 days.

5. Can I brand our own logo on the products?
Yes. We can get you logo on the products by laser, engraved, embossed, up, silk screen, etc.

6. What's your payment and payment terms?

Payment terms:
30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment;

7. Could you design the belts and belt buckles for me?
Yes. We got our own design department. You can share with us your idea, we will design according to your requirement. The size, logo, color, materials, etc. could all be customized.

8. How to place the order?
We will make a quotation for you to the belts/buckles you requested. After we are on the same page on the price, we will start the samples. Once the sample finished, we will send it to you by FedEx/UPS. Then you can feedback if the sample needs to be amended. We will make a preproduction sample for you before the bulk production as the finial sample. Then we will start the bulk production for you.
