Q: Can I see more models?

A: Yes, you can visit our website for our collections. Or you can inquire us to show you more models. (tips: to get a qualified products recommends, please kindly send me inquiry of your required material/size/color and other requirements.)

Q: What’s your sample policy?
A: Sample time 7-10 days for custom items and 3-5 days for in-stock items. Sample fee is refundable after placing formal order.

Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
L/C, T/T, and Western Union are acceptable.

Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: For custom belts, 300pcs/style/color. For in-stock belts, mixed styles and small quantity are also acceptable.

Q: Can you add our own logo on the products?
A: Yes, we can add logos by lasing , engraving, embossing, stamping, printing etc. We can send you pictures of different logos for your reference.

Q: Could you design the belt for me?
A: Yes, we have a design team at your service. You can send us your design, or tell us your ideas and then get a pre-production sample. Or we can send you our current design for your reference and revise the design according to your ideas.

Q :What's your lead time for mass production?
A: About 25-30 days. But it also depends on designs, order quantity, manufacturing processes and so on.

Q:How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
A: First, we will send you pre-production samples. We revise the unsatisfactory parts according to your ideas after you receiving the samples. Our professional QC team inspect the products quality in the process of production.

Q:Can the logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?

A: Sure, your logo or company name can be on your products by stamping, printing, embossing, die casting, coating or sticker. For package, logo can be printed, tagged, labeled or sticker.
