Q:What's your Minimum order quantity?
A:300pcs/style/color for custom order, sample order is acceptable.

Q:I am a newer in belts business, can I make a tried order?
A:Yes,we can accept sample order less than MOQ, but we need to charge $10/pcs for belt as sample fee.

Q:Is sample charges refundable?
A:yes, we will refund your sample cost after your confirm the order. The cost will reduce on your order amount or refund to your account immediately.

Q:What is your sample delivery time?
A:In normal take 2 days for stock order, 10-14days for custom belts.

Q:What's your lead time for mass production?
A:30-35 days for belts depends on designs and order quantity.

Q:Can you add our own logo on product?
A:yes, we can add any logo on the product by laser, engraved, embossed, transfer.

Q:What's your payment terms?
A:1. 30% deposit before production, 70% balance must be paid before shipping; 2.L/C; 3.T/T;

Q:Can I make mix order?
A:Yes, our MOQ is 300pcs/style for belts, you can make mix size for your order.

Q:Could you design the belt for me?
A:Yes, we not only a manfacturer but also a designer. Please let me know your target price, usage, quantity and then we could design the belt with the right material and sturcture to reach your need. Cause the structure, material, quantity and logo all can affect the price.And we also can produce the belts according to the pictures you send to me

Q:Can I make some change for the style?
A:Yes, you can make some changes of the style.
