1. Can I get samples?

Yes, we usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.

Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

Sample shipping will be paid by client or use their own express account.

2.How long is sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes about 1-2 days.

If custom your own design, it takes about 7-14 days.

3.How long is production lead time?

It takes about 30-40 days depends on quantity

4.How to deliver?

Small orders sent by express such as DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, EMS, ect.

Large orders sent via sea or air.

5.What’s is your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in pp bags and cartons. If you have other requests, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

6.What is your terms of payment?

T/T 30% as deposit and balance before delivery, We’ll show you the photos of the products and package before you pay the balance.

7.Could you make OEM/ODM design?

We are special in OEM/ODM design which include the customized logo, leather texture, color and even design according to customer’s requests.

8.How do you guarantee the product’s quality?

Before production, the pre-production samples will be made for checking with customers. During the production and packing, there will be professional QC to inspect the products ensure the products in good quality and correct details.
