Q1:LED display models are generally expressed in PX, such as P2 P3 P4.....P8, P10, what does this mean?
A: P2 P3 P4.....P8,P10 means that the pixel pitch is 2mm 3mm 4mm....8mm,10mm, which determines the number of
pixels per unit area of a display, so it represents the clarity of the display.The smaller the pitch, the
higher the clarity. Usually, the models of indoor full color display are: P1.667, P1.875, P2.5, P3, P4, P5,
P6, P7.62, P10. Outdoor full color display are P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, P10, P16, P20, P25, P31.25 etc.

Q2: To order a display ,What kind of information do I have to offer you?

A:You should provide width/height of
the display, the main use, the viewing distance, the scene photos, special requirements,then I can provide
you with a detailed list of quotations. Sometimes you should also provide information such as display
orientation, geographical location, local climate, and so on.

Q3:What about the warranty?

A:Three year warranty

Q4:What about the lead time?
A:Orders less than 100 square meter display, lead time is 13-15 days.

Q5:What pixel pitch should I choose on my display?
A:Using the PX screen, it is determined mainly by the viewing distance, the size of the display screen, the
desired effect and the customer budget. It is generally believed that P5 is suitable for watching outside 5
meters, P10 is suitable for watching outside 10 meters, and P16 is suitable for watching outside 16 meters,
and the other is the same. Of course, this data is not very accurate, and the customer just can refer to
it. It also depends on the size of the screen, generally it is considered that more than 100 thousand
pixels for a full color display then have a standard effect.

Q6:How to install?
A:Free of charge to provide detailed steel structure drawings and installation guidance and wiring diagram,
free remote debugging. We can also send our engineers to the site to guide the installation.
