Our Warranty

a) We have One year warranty for our items.
b) For damage on arrival, please claim to the shipping company firstly and get the claim number and inform us,

also take the photos on the damage and send to us for verifying, we will help you to claim to the shipping company to get the compensation.
c) If there is the problem with the product, firstly you need send the pictures or the video to us, then let us make sure

what’s problem about the product, we will try our best to help you. If the problem can use the parts to solve,

we will offer you the replacement for free during warranty time.

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trader

A: We are a factory for stage lights.

Q: What packaging does your factory use?

A: PE bag with kraft carton package, using EPE for safeguard, or flight case.

Q: When you will ship the product after I send the money?

A: It depend on the order, small order will takes 3-7 work days. If the item in stock, we will ship within two days.

Q: Is the sample available?

A: Yes, but the client need to pay the sample fee and delivery fee

Q: How long for the warranty

A: One year except for the light source. (for details, pls check warranty policy above)

Q: What is the payment method

A: TT / Western Union / Money Gram / Paypal.

30% deposit and 70% before shipment. If it is not a big amount, we suggest you transfer the full amount at one time, because there will be bank process fee for each payment, it will be a lot of money if you make twice payment.
