Guohui is specialized in manufacturing and exporting led products for more than 9 years, we think the

quality is the life of our factory. We always do it as so, every produce progress is requested strictly and every

product has been tested two times before the shipment. The strictly quality control system insures us to

provide the products which are not only have the advantage on quality but also have good appearance.

On quality management, each of our led products is seriously controlled under 4-step QC system to

ensure reliable quality on our products; they are Input quality Control, Input Process Quality Control, Finished

Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control.

The raw materials are allowed to send into our warehouse when they have been passed 98% qualified rate

after the random inspection of 10%. These raw materials are provided by the famous suppliers in LED field,

such as LED cree chip,, Epistar chips, LED meanwell driver ,etc. Before mass production, the Engineering

Department will make sample for confirming product’s eligibility. During the production, our QC will check each

process every two hours. This keep the rate of qualified quality is more than 97% after each production.

Before shipment, the lighting test will be done. After the lighting test, a 24 hours aging testing is requested to

do before the shipment, this can insure the superior performance of our output products. The above

processes insure our high quality output which brings trust and security to each customer.

our QC department staff have been worked in LED field for more than four years. Furthermore, the AUTO

machines are use to adhere chips, bonding wires, and testing, which ensures the high quality also. At present,

all of our products have passed CE and ROHS approvals, and UL certification are appling .
