Notices:
1. Prohibited to be used in the high temperature environment, power port is the thermal vents, wind 50CM range, please do not place other objects, make sure that the power should have good thermal dissipation space environment.

1. How many kinds of led drivers you produce?

2. Do you have CE, ETL approval?
A: Most of products have CE approval, some products have ETL approval.
3. Can I place a sample order?
A: Yes, sample order is available after full test and before delivery. If big quantity, it maybe need 12-18 working days.

5. Which tests do you carry out in your factory?

Power Supply main features
1. High reliability.
especially like the drive power of LED street lamps, installed in the air, maintenance is not convenient, maintenance costs are also large
2. High efficiency.
LED is energy saving products, driving power efficiency to be high. It is particularly important for the structure of the power supply installed in the lamps and lanterns. Because the luminous efficiency of leds decreases as the LED temperature increases, the heat dissipation of leds is very important. The efficiency of the power supply is high, its consumption power is small, and the heat emitted in the lamps and lanterns is small, which reduces the temperature rise of the lamps and lanterns. It is beneficial to delay the light decay of LED.
3. High power factor.
The power factor is the load requirement of the grid. General 70 watts below the use of electrical appliances, no mandatory indicators. Although the power factor of a single appliance with small power is low, it has little impact on the power grid, but at night when everyone lights up, the same load is too concentrated, it will produce more serious pollution to the power grid. For 30 watts ~40 watts LED drive power supply, it is said that in the near future, there may be a certain index requirement on the power factor.
4. Two kinds of driving methods.
one is a constant voltage source for multiple constant current sources, each constant current source for each LED power supply. In this way, the combination is flexible, one LED failure, does not affect the work of other LED, but the cost will be slightly higher. The other is direct constant current power supply, LED series or parallel operation. It has the advantage of low cost, but poor flexibility, but also to solve a LED failure, does not affect the operation of other LED problems. These two forms coexist for a period of time. Multichannel constant-current output power supply is better in cost and performance. It may be the mainstream direction.
5. Surge protection.
LED anti-surge ability is relatively poor, especially anti-reverse voltage ability. It is also important to strengthen this protection. Some LED lights are installed outdoors, such as LED street lamps. Due to grid load throwing and lightning sensing, various surges can enter from the grid system, some of which can cause LED damage. Therefore, the LED driving power supply should have the ability to suppress the intrusion of the surge and protect the LED from being damaged.
With the increasingly wide application of LED, the performance of LED drive power will be more and more suitable for LED requirements.
About Classification according to the circuit structure
(1) Resistance, capacitor step-down mode:
Through the capacitor step-down, in flashing use, due to the role of charge and discharge, the instant current through the LED is great, easy to damage the chip. It is easily affected by the voltage fluctuation of the power grid, and the power supply has low efficiency and reliability.
(2) Resistance step-down mode:
Through the resistance step-down, the interference of the grid voltage change is large, it is not easy to make a regulated power supply, step-down resistance to consume a large part of the energy, so this power supply mode of power efficiency is very low, and the reliability of the system is also low.
(3) Conventional transformer step-down mode:
Power supply volume is small, weight is heavy, power efficiency is also very low, generally only 45% ~ 60%, so generally rarely used, reliability is not high.
(4) Electronic transformer step-down mode:
The power efficiency is low, the voltage range is not wide, generally 180 ~ 240V, ripple interference is large.
(5) RCC step-down switching power supply:
Wide voltage range, high power efficiency, generally can achieve 70% ~ 80%, also widely used. Because the oscillation frequency of this control mode is discontinuous, the switching frequency is not easy to control, the load voltage ripple coefficient is also relatively large, and the adaptability of abnormal load is poor.
(6) PWM control mode switching power supply:
Mainly composed of four parts, input rectifier filtering part, output rectifier filtering part, PWM voltage control part, switching energy conversion part. The basic working principle of PWM switching voltage stabilizer is changes in input voltage, the parameters of internal and external load, the control circuit by the control signal and reference signal difference of closed loop feedback, adjust the main circuit switching device turn-on, the pulse width of the makes switch power supply output voltage or current stability (i.e., the corresponding regulated power supply and constant current power supply). High power efficiency, generally can achieve 80% ~ 90%, stable output voltage and current. Generally this circuit has perfect protection measures, is a high reliability power supply.
