Use environmental conditions:
This series of products can work normally under the following environmental conditions:
1 The altitude above sea level does not exceed 2000m;
2 Ambient temperature: -20℃~40℃;
3 The atmospheric pressure is 80KPa~110Kpa;
4 The standard oxygen content (volume ratio) in the air is 21%;
5 The average relative humidity is not more than 95% (25℃);
6 In a gas or steam or dust environment that does not damage the insulation;
7 The pollution level is level 3.
the operation method of product use:
1 The product is connected to the power supply according to the rated voltage, and the operating environment temperature is -20℃~40℃.
2 According to the needs of the site environment, determine the installation method and position of the lamp, and prepare the corresponding length of the cable with an outer diameter of Φ8~Φ14.
3 When assembling and disassembling the cable, the power supply must be cut off first, and then the upper cover can be opened.
4 When installing the cable, use an Allen wrench to loosen the 6 M6 screws on the upper shell of the lamp, open the upper cover, and then loosen the compression nut of the cable inlet, and pass one end of the cable through the compression nut, flat washer and seal The loop is introduced into the wiring cavity of the lamp body, and the L, N of the cable and the grounding wire (yellow-green wire) are respectively fixed on the wiring terminal. And check that the ground wire on the other side of the terminal should be connected to the inner ground screw. Then tighten the cable compression nut and fix the upper shell. Note: Another lead-in device with (solid) plug is used when parallel lamps are used.
5 Install and fix the lamp at the selected installation position.
6 Connect the cable to the rated voltage according to the requirements of the national standard GB 3836-2010 to illuminate.
Scope of application:
This series of products are suitable for hazardous environments containing explosive gases or vapors or combustible dust in Zone 1, Zone 2, Class IIA, IIB, Group T1--T6, and various indoor and outdoor operations (oil fields, metallurgy, electric power, railways, mines) , Port, municipal and other industries) for lighting use in factories, stations, venues, railway tunnels, bridges and culverts.
