Routine maintenance:

1: To ensure better lighting, please clean LED lights once a year.
2: Please make sure the power is off before your maintenance work.
3: To avoid any damage to the lamp, please do not use a chemical solvent during routine maintenance.
4: If you need to replace any components or cords of the lamp, please choose those having the same specifications.

Warranty:

2 years warranty for the original purchaser of LED product that is identified on the seller's invoice reflecting its original purchase(the "Product")

The following circumstances will not be warranted:

• Damage caused by force majeure such as war, riots, sabotage, cyclones, earthquakes, tidal waves, flooding, fire, lightning strikes, etc.
• Damage caused by the user’s improper delivery.defects caused by the wrong operation, wrong treatment, and destruction of machinery.
• Damage caused by buyer or installer using bad quality cable or other mismatching electronic parts.
• With the quality problem during warranty time, our company will choose to repair/replace parts or replace the product, or other methods to solve them. Beyond the warranty time, it will take some materials costs, labor costs.
