About the Digital Cordless Cap Lamp

Digital and portable underground cordless coal mining lamp KL4.5LM is a newly designed model for the miner. It has a 4-pcs LED digital device, which can show product number, time, and battery capacity. also reminds the user to recharge it when the battery energy balance is not enough for 1 hour of lighting.

Features:

Safety: All in one case with PC plastic material, makes a very good feature of explosion-proof.

Protection in electrical short-circuit, automatic power-off on the socket, 100,000 hours LED’s Lifetime

Reliability: The high strength case, optimized structure design and MCU control make the product more reliable. And we also can provide an RFID tag (in option) to track the miners.

Portability: Just a headlamp, Small in size, light in weight (only 215g for whole product), simple charging, easy usage

Efficiency: more than 15 hours at full brightness. more than 4500lux at the starting time, and more than 3500lux after 11 hours of continuous lighting. Battery usage lifetime is about 1000 cycles.

A digital device shows the lamp number, time, and battery balance, shows the charging status, and can remind the user to recharge it when the power is not enough for one hour of lighting.
