Abstract

High mast lighting systems deliver large area illumination for stadiums and athletic fields,

roadways and interchanges, parking lots, airport aprons, freight terminals, and industrial facilities.

Typical Applications

The ability to deliver large area illumination with maximum pole spacing lends high mast lighting to a multitude of applications.

That being said, high mast lighting is an extremely versatile outdoor lighting solution

in that it can provide accurate and comfortable visibility for massive outdoor areas during the nighttime and

extend the usability of large-scale outdoor facilities into night.

Among various types of outdoor lighting infrastructures, far-field, large area high mast lighting plays an exclusive role

Razorlux has very strict Quality Control System, from checking and evaluation of incoming materials to

the delivery of products, each item will be checked and tested for several times.

Quality Control - Testing Equipments:

For every piece of Razorlux 200 Watt LED Flood Light are tested in different procedures.
No. 1: Extreme temperature testing to make sure the lamps work stably and standardly under extreme temperature environment. (-40 to 60 degree)
No. 2: Anti-Corrosion and IP67 Waterproof Testing, to make sure the products are working well even undern corrosive and Wetting environment.
No. 3 & 4: Dark Room for testing IES files and other Photometric datas.

Quality Control - Aging Department:
For every piece of Razorlux Genius™ LED Lights, they will be aged for at least 72 hours before shipment

to make sure of their long term and stable performances within lifetime.
