SAEU3H series digital acoustic emission detection system is composed of multiple parallel detection channels. Each channel is composed of similar measurement components, signal processing unit, calculation program and complete peripheral components, and equipped with powerful computer to form an acoustic emission system. The measurement components of each channel mentioned here include acoustic emission sensor, preamplifier and acquisition card.

Usage

SAEU3H digital acoustic emission detection system can collect and display acoustic emission waveform and parameter signals in real time, so it can fully meet various application requirements of field and laboratory (based on waveform data analysis and characteristic parameter analysis). Because it can collect and record all the original acoustic emission waveforms, users can use other signal processing and analysis tools for subsequent in-depth research, including defining more targeted acoustic emission parameters, wavelet spectrum analysis, etc.

Data communication Description:

SAEU3H acoustic emission acquisition system is equipped with USB3.0 data communication as standard, which can meet the communication and storage of instantaneous large amount of data, which is stable and reliable. At the same time, network communication interface and electronic hard disk can be selected for acquisition control and data transmission of acoustic emission remote application. The electronic hard disk can store the data locally to ensure that the data is not lost. It can be applied to special acquisition environments such as remote monitoring.
