Q3: How long is the lead time after the order is placed?
Usually the lead time for sample battery pack is within 15 days. For mass order, the lead time is about 15-30 days. The accurate lead time is based on the order qty.
Q4: What is your quality control process?
Our sample / small order factory are certified with ISO-9001, and our mass order factory are certificated with TS16949, ISO 14001 and 18001. We strictly follow these procedures. We do 100% full test for all batteries before the goods are delivered.
Q5: How about your after-sale service?
We offer 1-year warranty for all of our products. During the warranty period, full refund will bee done for the defective batteries. After the warranty period, paid maintenance service will be offered.
