Prismatic aluminum case lifepo4 cell 3.2V 100Ah via 4S1P are used to get 12v 100ah battery pack. It is suitable for terminal loading watts ≤2000W and charging current ≤100A.

LiFePO4 lithium batteries enjoys the advantages of high safety performance, good high temperature performance and long cycle life. If you will use the battery under high temperature or you consider safety as the first factor, we recommend you to choose lifepo4.

NMC lithium batteries also can be made.

Usually the lead time for sample battery cell is within 7days, for sample battery pack is within 20 days. For mass order, the lead time is about 15-30 days. The accurate lead time is based on the order qty.

Our sample / small order factory are certified with ISO-9001, and our mass order factory are certificated with TS16949 Quality System, ISO14001 Environmental System, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety System. We strictly follow these procedures. We do 100% full test for all batteries before the goods are delivered.
Q5: How about your after-sale service?
Two solutions for warranty:

a. 1-year warranty for Li-NCM batteries and 2-year warranty for LiFePO4 batteries. During the warranty period, full refund will bee done for the defective batteries. After the warranty period, paid maintenance service will be offered.

b. 0.5% extra batteries as spart parts so that no warranty period is offered.
