If you want the battery stored for a long time, make sure that you charge the battery for 40%-70% electric quantity.

Clean, dry and ventilating place is suitable for storage of battery and the charger. Do not put the battery together with corrosive material, and keep the battery away from fire and heat source.

4. Returns & Warranty

If our items don't work the way they should, let us know and we'll do our best to get you sorted.

The period of warranty is 1-2 years from the date of shipment.

When the batteries or BMS are broken during the warranty period, we provide a replacement for that to solve the multinational maintenance problem. Please contact us for return, and we will pay the shipping cost for you to return back to us.

A: We accept T / T, 70% deposit and 30% balance before the shipment

Q5: Does the battery have overcharge and overdischarge protection?
A: Yes. Advanced BMS is included which can protect the battery well from overcharge and overdischarge.
Q6: How about the delivery time?

A: 3- 10 days.
