A: It depends on the size and quantity. For sample or small order, we usually ship by express, like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and TNT. If the orders are large, we will arrange air cargo or sea freight for shipment.

Q3. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in series by ourselves?

A: You can buy big voltage directly from us. We do not recommend connecting them in series, which may damage the cycle life of the battery pack.

Q4. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel by ourselves?

A: First of all, you need to make sure that you only put same specific battery pack in parallel. Secondly, we provide excellent services, so you can tell us your requirement for the quantity and the final discharge current, and we will choose the best battery management system for you to fit a single battery pack BMS to your final battery pack.

Q5. Does your battery pack include BMS? Can we use it for car?

A: Yes, BMS included. You can use it for low-speed vehicles or auxiliary vehicles. We suggest not using it directly for standard cars, which requires a more complex BMS design.

Q6. What warranty can I get?

A: We offer 1-2 years warranty for our battery. Our products are high quality. Long life-cycle, which can be circularly used, best can up to 2000 times recycles, about 7 times of lead acid battery. The battery will be protected from over charge and over discharge due to the installed IC chip which helps protect battery’s chemistry integrity and lengthen the battery’s life span.
