A: Usually 15days, it depends on the quantity, material, battery cell model and so on, we suggest to check delivery time case by case.

2. Q: What kind of certificates could you provide for the battery?

A: It’s custom-making design, no current certificate, but we could apply CE, UL, UN38.3 and other related certificates for you, but the certificates fee needs to be paid by you, if your quantity is big enough, certificates fee could be refunded.

3. Q: How to control the quality?
A: First, When we purchase raw materials, we check the quality. If the quality does not fit for our standards, we will reject the raw materials.

Second, During the process of battery plate making and assembling battery, we will check the battery plates, check whether the wires are connected with positive and negative electrodes, and whether the positive and negative separator plastics are intact to ensure that all batteries are good.

When the battery is in the acid charging process, our quality control system will check the quality and discover the defective battery in time. After the battery is sealed, we will take about 1% of the sample to check the quality. After the battery is precharged, our QC will check the appearance of each battery to make sure that all batteries work well.
