Product Description
Tidal irrigation mobile seedbed cultivation bed is a kind of cultivation bed with a plastic structure, and its bed surface is made of plastic tidal seedling tray, which is also known as bottom irrigation cultivation bed. This tidal irrigation mobile seedbed uses basically the same columns and supports as the commercial metal structure cultivation bed, and the bed surface is molded impervious plastic seedling tray.
When applied, irrigation water or well-proportioned nutrient solution diffuses from the outlet hole, so that the water level in the entire seedbed slowly rises and reaches the appropriate liquid level height (called high tide), submerging the cultivation bed to a depth of about 2-3 cm; After maintaining a certain period of time (full absorption of crop roots), after about 10-15 minutes, the nutrient solution rises to the surface of the medium in the pot due to capillary action, at this time, open the return water, discharge the nutrient solution, return to the nutrient solution pool (called falling tide), and send the nutrient solution out when another cultivation bed needs water. The tidal irrigation system has equipment to adjust the pH value of the nutrient solution and the concentration of various nutrients, a filtration system and a disinfection system to increase the medium to avoid excessive contamination of the nutrient solution.
