A seedbed refers to a facility used for seedling cultivation, whose main principle is to control environmental conditions, provide a suitable growth environment, accelerate seed germination and seedling growth, thereby improving the quality and yield of seedlings. The principle of seedbed mainly includes the following aspects:
1. Temperature control: The temperature in the seedbed is one of the important factors affecting seed germination and seedling growth. Generally speaking, seed germination requires higher temperatures, while seedling growth requires lower temperatures. Therefore, in the seedbed, the temperature can be maintained within an appropriate range by adjusting the temperature controller, thereby promoting seed germination and seedling growth.
2. Control humidity: Humidity is another important factor that affects seed germination and seedling growth. The humidity in the seedbed should generally be maintained at a high level to ensure the water supply required for seed germination and seedling growth. At the same time, attention should also be paid to controlling excessive humidity to avoid the growth of bacteria and seedling decay.
3. Provide appropriate lighting: Lighting is one of the important factors affecting seedling growth. In the seedbed, setting up shading nets or adjusting light intensity can maintain the appropriate level of light to promote seedling growth.
4. Provide appropriate nutrition: The soil in the seedbed should have suitable nutritional components to meet the nutritional needs of seedling growth. At the same time, attention should also be paid to controlling the salt and pH values in the soil to avoid causing damage to the seedlings.
5. Control of pests and diseases: Pests and diseases in the seedbed are one of the important factors affecting the growth of seedlings. Therefore, corresponding prevention and control measures need to be taken in the seedbed, such as spraying insecticides, disinfecting the soil, etc., to ensure the healthy growth of seedlings.
In short, the principle of seedbeds is to control environmental conditions, provide a suitable growth environment, accelerate seed germination and seedling growth, thereby improving the quality and yield of seedlings.

Hydroponics is the way to go for those who want to get the most yield out of their light and area. Hydroponics
will provide bushier plants and faster growth. The Ebb and Flow complete growsystem floods the roots with a
nutrient solution. Ebb and Flow complete grow systems have been proven to be extremely effective over time
and require very low maintenance and are easy-to-use.

Advantages:
1. It can move left and right (movable 0.6m), and the height can be fine-adjusted (adjustable by 10 cm);
2. Anti-turning limit equipment to prevent skew caused by emphasis;
3. The maximum load capacity is 50kg/㎡;
4. Full hot-dip galvanizing process, durable;
5. The life span can reach 15-20 years;
6. Reduce irrigation waste, recycle and reuse;
7. Easy to install;
8. The system structure is reasonable;
9. Less maintenance;
10. High ground utilization rate
Working Principle:
Hydroponic ebb and flow trays uses pumps and a large water reservoir to periodically flood the plant
roots with nutrients and water. An easy method is using a large plastic tote to contain the nutrient solution
with the plants sitting in a deep tray on top of the lid. The nutrient solution is pumped into the tray from
the reservoir below, and then is allowed to drain back into the reservoir.
