In concrete wall applications, concrete nails or power fasteners are used to install the erected vertically to the wall. The bifurcated channel is a hat-shaped corrosion-resistant frame component. In ceiling applications, metal support channel clips or cable ties can be used to directly connect the support channel to the 1-1/2" cold rolled channel. Screws or electric fasteners can be used to connect the support channel directly to the building. Specifications The size of the fork can provide a larger span and the carrying capacity of the scale, the outer specifications usually use 18 or 16 caliber fork.

installation
In concrete wall applications:
The bifurcated channel is installed vertically on the wall using concrete nails or electric fasteners. Then screw the gypsum board to the burr channel.
In ceiling applications:
The support channel can be directly connected to the t1-1/2" cold-rolled channel using metal support channel clamps or tie wires. Screws or power-driven fasteners can be used to directly connect the support channel to the building structure.
The heavier bifurcation burr can achieve a larger span and greater carrying capacity. 18 or 16 gauge burrs are usually used for purlins in external applications.
