All standard square lighting columns are made of 4 inch x 4 inch or 5 inch x 5 inch squares, mostly with material wall thickness 11 Gauge.

Cross-section Shape:
Square.

Material:
Q235/A36 from big material companies in China such as Baosteel, Ansteel. Q235/A36,minimum yield strength>=235n/mm2; Materials comply with Australian Standard AS1594, Hot rolled steel flat products; Australian Standard AS3678, Hot rolled steel plates; Australian Standard AS3679, Hot rolled steel bars and sections.

Material Tolerance:
Maximum -0.02mm

Surface Treatment:
Polyster powder coated with color RAL 8014 after phosphating; polyster powder coated after hot dip galvanization; or customized.
Hot-dip galvanization standard : Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4680:1994. Or BS 729 / ISO 1461 ASTM A 123. Or China standard GB/T:13912-2002


Pole Height:
10ft, 15ft, 20ft, 25ft, 30ft or 35ft.

Welding:
Welding complies with AWS D1.1/D1.1M-2004. Or Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 1554.1.2004. Welding of steel structures. Or BS 5135

Production Process:
Material calibration - grinding and polishing - welding of baseplate or components - phosphating or hot dip galvanization - powder coating - packaging.

Quality Control:
Controlled by inspectors for every process.
