Design:
All lighting poles could be tapered octagonal, hexagonal, conical or square. The poles can also be customized based on end-users' requirements on its style. We can design the poles based on customer's supplied technical conditions: Wind speed, pole height, arm length, lighting fixture's property and dimensions, as well as road distribution and conditions if available.

Round, octagonal, hexagonal, square or customized.

Material:
Q235, SS400, Q345, from big material companies in China such as Baosteel, Ansteel. Q345, minimum yield strength>=345n/mm2; Q235/A36,minimum yield strength>=235n/mm2; Materials comply with Australian Standard AS1594, Hot rolled steel flat products; Australian Standard AS3678, Hot rolled steel plates; Australian Standard AS3679, Hot rolled steel bars and sections.

Material Tolerance:
Maximum -0.02mm

Surface Treatment:
Hot dip galvanization; polyster powder coated after hot dip galvanization; or customized.
Hot-dip galvanization standard : Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4680:1994. Or BS 729 / ISO 1461 ASTM A 123. Or China standard GB/T:13912-2002

Welding:
Welding complies with AWS D1.1/D1.1M-2004. Or Australian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 1554.1.2004. Welding of steel structures. Or BS 5135

Production Process:
Material cutting - bending - submerged arc welding for longitudinal weld, baseplate fillet welding, components butt welding - deburs and polishing - hot dip galvanization – pole straightness correction - polyster powder coating - packaging

Quality Control:
Controlled by inspectors for every process.

Packaging:
Wrap two ends with fabrics for galvanized pole; bubble wrapper and thick cloth wrapped for powder coated poles. Or further packaged in bundles with steel straps and fumigated timbers.
