CJ-6 motor operated mechanism is outdoor motor-driven mechanism, used in disconnector or earthing switch for opening and closing. It can be used in both remote control and motor-driven control or manual operated control in working site.

Mechanism operating standard range for rated voltage of motor and control loop is from 85% to 110%. The mechanism is motor driven, torque transmission to mechanism main axis through mechanical speed reducer device. It depends on steel links for disconnector and earthing switch opening and closing in installation. The mechanism is constituted of motor, mechanical speed reducing transmission system, electrical control system and cabinet, etc.

2. The DC series-excited motor and the bidirectional driven wormgear feature a compact structure and high torque transfer .
3. The transmission components are through special nitrogenation and carburization treated so that they feature a high strength,high toughness and long mechanical endurance.
4. The double electrical and mechanical interlocking are equipped full travel buffer is available and the opening and closing speed could be adjusted according to the switchgear requirments.The structure of the operating mechanism is clear and distinct so that it is convenience in the installation and maintenance.
