  • Product Overview​

HRESYS standard battery module unit has been specially designed in structure, which increases the reliability of the product. Meeting the user's needs, it has a unique shape design, the simple external connection is convenient for the construction. The installation operation mode increases the stability of the product structure, while considering the heat distribution design of the battery, that the overall temperature of the battery is balanced, and the battery does not fail prematurely because of the high temperature of a certain position.

1. Robust Cell-Connection Mechanism

Laser welding process is applied for welding between Bus-bar and Cell poles to ensure the well contact and to reduce the resistance on the welding point.

2. Vertical Installation of Cells

Cells are installed vertically to improve the stability of the module and to reduce the space required

3. High Strength Case Material

Q235 T1.2 material is used for making the case to ensure high strength

4. Dust-proof, Ventilation, Anti-corrosion Design

Window-shades design to ensure well ventilation in case of gas released from cells during operation
