The Video Measuring Systems is a precise and effective non-contact optical measuring instrument. It is composed of a series of accessories, such as color CCD Camera & adapter, zoom lens , linear encoder, high precision worktable, electronic motor, PC and monitor.

The 2D Measuring software is able to control the brightness of 8 areas light source. Word, Excel report output immediately, dxf drawing input quickly. It improves the operator’s working effectively and reduce the enterprise’s cost of human resource obviously.

It is mainly applied in 2D measurement field, such as: PCB, mobile phone fittings, linker, machine fitting, precision fixture, and it can measure height in video solution too.

1. Three axis of the Absolute Linear Encoder is developed by Easson, with a resolution of up to 0.5 microns

Easson video measuring instrument is fully developed and produced independently. All key parts on the image measuring instrument, such as grating linear encoder, lens, motion control system, measurement software, etc. are independently developed and produced by our company.



VMM uses high-precision marble as the bracket of the machine body, coupled with a high-precision table. The XYZ axis is equipped with an optical linear scale measurement system with a resolution of 0.5 micron. The XYZ axis has a measurement accuracy of (3 + L / 200) μm.

2D / 3D Multiple Measurement



Easson three series of vision measuring machines can cooperate with the UK Renishaw high-precision touch probe for 2D / 3D multiple measurement. The 3D measurement of the probe can be mixed with the 2D measurement of the imaging system. The same coordinate system is used for 2D / 3D measurement in perfect and easy combination.
