Product Introduction

The "All in one and full options" ES-14B digital readout has been designed by Easson to supply to the oversea market in 2018. In the ES-14B it is in fact possible to select the required application(Milling, Lathe, Boring, Drilling, Grinder, Wirecut) directly during the DRO setup.

DRO display message can be confirured to one of the following languages:

EMC Testing equipment

To Ensure all Easson Digital Readout products can be pass the standard EMC specification, we have a complete set of EMC test esd immunity tester to test it.

Digital Readout System

Basic parameter in the ES-14B is included as below:

Easson Digital readout power supply use a linear power transformer and power filter, this can help our products pass by the noice immunity and the EMC. To reduce the total heat generation inside the ES DRO in order to obtain long working life. An ultra low temperature rise transformer that construct with very high permeability icron core is used, which effectively bring temperature rise to only about 5℃.

Aging Test Room

Digital Readout System need to do the aging test in high temperature test and load test for 72 hours before QC procedure. The aging test exposes defects in the process, design, materials and other aspects of electronic devices before they leave the factory. Therefore, it is of great significance for companies to modify product designs in time, so that products can be sold after they are aging and stable, thereby improving product quality and market reputation.
