systems in swimming pools and aquarium facilities as well as marine applications and submersible environmental pumping systems

Zero buoyancy electricity

Zero buoyancy turtle has good characteristics such as oil resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, seawater resistance, hydrolysis resistance, anti thousand resistance, high tensile strength, anti corner biting, high safety, material reduction, and cost reduction.

The commonly used solid buoyancy materials for zero buoyancy cables are polyurethane foam, copolymer foam and composite foam. Their characteristics and applications are compared as follows:
1. Polyurethane foam
Characteristics: Density range of 0.05-0.25g/cm3, working depth not exceeding 200m;
Application: Pipeline floating, mooring buoy, floating ship, pipeline insulation, hose hanging rope, short-term emergency floating material;
2. Copolymer foam
Characteristics: Density range of 0.04-0.4g/cm3, working depth not exceeding 600m;
Applications: ROV floating materials, umbilical floating, pore filling for large underwater structures, pipeline insulation, submersible cabin floating materials, underwater buoy systems;
3. Composite foam material
Characteristics: the density range of pure composite foam plastic is 0.46-0.65g/cm3, the working depth is the full ocean depth, and the density range of synthetic composite foam plastic is 0.275-
0.56g/cm3, working depth within 4000m;
Application: It is widely used in deepwater fields, such as buoyancy blocks for riser devices, deepwater ROV buoyancy blocks, umbilical floating, and deepwater pipeline floating blocks.
