1, Product Overview:
Rosemount's 3051C pressure transmitter has created a new standard for pressure measurement technology. The Rosemount 3051 pressure transmitter has unparalleled operational performance, a flexible CoPlanarTM platform, and can be upgraded. The performance indicators of the new Rosemount 3051C pressure transmitter ensure accuracy and stability under different operating conditions.
Working principle: During operation, the isolation diaphragm and filling fluid on the high and low pressure sides transmit process pressure to the filling fluid, and then the filling fluid transfers the pressure to the sensing diaphragm at the center of the sensor. The sensing diaphragm is a tensioned elastic element whose displacement varies with the pressure applied (for GP gauge pressure transmitters, atmospheric pressure is applied as if it were on the low-pressure side of the sensing diaphragm). The AP absolute pressure transmitter always maintains a reference pressure on the low-pressure side. The displacement of the sensing diaphragm is 0.004 inches (0.1 millimeters), and the displacement is proportional to the pressure. The capacitive plates on both sides detect the position of the sensing diaphragm. The difference in capacitance between the sensing diaphragm and the capacitor plate is converted into the corresponding current, voltage, or digital HART (high-speed addressable remote transmitter data highway) output signal.
