Slope Field Ground Mounting System Solar Power Station Solar Photovoltaic System

In view of the problems of large quantities of PV support foundation works, difficult structure adjustment, high cost of foundation works and long construction period under complex terrain and geological conditions in mountainous areas, LP Solar's technical team carried out innovative design on the basis of traditional support structure and developed a new support structure suitable for slope field area.

Row holes on the structure makes the field adjustment simple. The construction personnel can find the corresponding fixing points according to the actual situation and install and fix them with fasteners. Compared with traditional support structure, the mountain photovoltaic support system saves the cost and expense of land leveling, as well as the construction time and labor cost on site.

When making the structure design, LP Solar's technical team complies with <Code for design of photovoltaic support structures> (NB / T10115-2018), <Code for design of steel structures> (GB50017-2003) and < Load design guide on structures for photovoltaic array > (JIS C 8955:2017), reasonable design and sufficient strength ensure the safety and stability of the whole structure. We will also send the material sample to third-party lab to verify the accuracy of the material parameters we used, verify the safety of our design again.
