From 2020 to 2021, household PV is the main distributed installed capacity. According to the data of the national energy administration, in 2021, the domestic newly increased household distributed PV installed capacity was 21.60gw, accounting for 73.77% of the newly increased distributed PV installed capacity in 2021. In Q1 of 2022, the newly added scale of industry and Commerce exceeded that of households, accounting for 71.25% of the newly installed capacity.

According to the data released by the national energy administration, the new installed capacity of household photovoltaic projects included in the scale management index in 2021 is 21.59gw. According to the survey data of China Photovoltaic Industry Association, by the end of 2021, the cumulative installed capacity of household photovoltaic projects exceeded 40gw, reaching 41.81gw; In 2021, the number of new households of household PV projects in China will be about 873000, and the cumulative number of installed households will exceed 2.4 million, reaching 2.434 million. The newly installed capacity and the number of installed households almost doubled year-on-year.

The household photovoltaic market has also continued the hot trend of 2021 this year. According to the data of the national energy administration, in the first quarter of 2022, the new grid connected capacity of photovoltaic power generation was 13.21gw, including 4.34gw of centralized photovoltaic power station and 8.87gw of distributed photovoltaic power station, including 2.55gw of household photovoltaic power station, with a year-on-year increase of 102.4%.
