Basic functions:

1. Automatic unwinding and cutting machine adopts magnetic powder braking technology, so as to keep constant tension to ensure the accuracy of cutting when unwinding.

2. Intelligent control with PLC program can be adjusted according to requirements. Mitsubishi PLC intelligent control system has stable performance and can adjust cutting width and specifications arbitrarily.

3. Dynamic cutting mechanism: using German imported rodless cylinder to drive blade cutting, high efficiency, no dust;

4. Multi-page guide cloth can be positioned automatically and welded automatically. The welding accuracy can be controlled within (+0.5 mm).

5. Automatic cutting and unexpected alarm: The machine realizes automatic stacking and cutting of the guide cloth. The unexpected automatic alarm does not need personnel to guard, and can be inspected regularly.

6. The system has its own fault detection function: when a fault occurs, the monitor status of the display screen can prompt the fault point, which is convenient for rapid maintenance.
