1: What is the MOQ?
A: MOQ depends on our clients demands, we welcome trial order before mass production. We generally recommend a minimum order of 2 units as a sample trial.

2: Can you accept OEM ? We want our own brand?
A: Of course , OEM is welcome !

3: Is it easy to get water?
A: To start filtering water, simply fill the squeeze pouch with water from your water source, then screw the filter onto the pouch and start drinking right from the water filter straw or squeeze into a water bottle to share with others.

4: Does it filter seawater?
A: I think it couldn't. Need to have a try.

5: I need a camping water filter, how does the water purification system work?
A: As part of emergency preparedness kit, Our 3-Stage water filter system includes coarse filter screen, pp cotton, coconut shell activated carbon and hollow fiber ultra filtration membranes, which can remove 99.99999% of harmful substances. 0.01 Microns pore size removes just about anything tiny materials. Independent dirty water drainage holes on the switch design equips the personal water filter backpacking with separated cleaning channel, the mouse part would not become dirty.

6: Does it filter harmful metals also?
A: Yes, off course, it has 3-stage filtration system.

7: can the filter be removed so it is simply a pump?
A: The filter could be removed and replaced, but the filter materials in it could not be removed, they are fixed in the outer casing. The filter could be replaced once it meet the end of life. You can search the kit in our store.
