A: MOQ depends on our clients demands, we welcome trial order before mass production. We generally recommend a minimum order of 2 units as a sample trial.

2: How many colors are available?
A: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

3: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

4: What's the lead time?
A: It usually takes about 20 to 30 days to finish the production after receiving the depositdepend on the model and quantity.

5: Can I get sample?
A: Of course.We can provide an existing sample for free and the freight is on your account.For custom design,sample charge is needed.

6: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 25-35days after receiving the deposit and all packing materials confirmed.We will arrange the production time specially if urgent orders.
