A: MOQ depends on our clients demands, we welcome trial order before mass production. We generally recommend a minimum order of 2 units as a sample trial.

2: How many colors are available?
A: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

3: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
A: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

4: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer.

5: What is the manner of packing?
A: All goods are packed in a sustainable manner(Standard Export Package).

6: Can I get samples?
A: Sure.We usually provide existing samples for free,But a little sample charge for custom Designs.
