We have a very strict quality controlling system, which promises that goods we produced are always of the best quality. We established the strict QC standards and we have followed it for about fifty years with good results

Inspect and control over all incoming materials and components to make sure that only qualified supplies flow into each production run.

Inspect and control over all of manufacturing processes.

In charge of all tests in QA division according to IEC standards and customers` requirements.

Quality Engineer work with product quality control system, manufacturing process technical issues and product implementation.

Final inspection on finished goods before shipment is to assure delivery without any defect.

IQC will test and audit the suppliers, then keep an ongoing evaluation procedure and a corresponding ranking for suppliers. And give the qualification to incoming raw material according to relevant test before warehousing.

Process QA means IPQC, Inspect and control over all of manufacturing processes. Being quality warning, every staff is called on to join in efforts to maintain ongoing consistency and quality, and when anything goes wrong, correction is done quickly.

Then Final QA approve to enter warehouse.

At last, before shipment, OQC will inspect out of box, carton, and pallet according to shipping inspection rules and customer’ requirements.
