Step 4 Smart Aging System: Using smart aging system to do burn-in test with full load for at least two hours. This system will age battery chargers automatically after setting in computer and record every aging information. Guarantee every battery charger's components under the good condition.
Step 5 Latest ATE Battery Charger Test System: At last, we do final test by our latest ATE Battery Charger Test System before packing. This system will do more than 10 performances automatic testing and check all functions automatically, recording test data with very fast and precise way, tracking test result, reading, comparing and filing all data, easy to control. Every battery charger has an unique tracking code, when there is a fault on battery charger, we just scan the code and track its manufacturing information.
Step 6 Random Test Before Shipping: Before shipping, we will choose two chargers randomly and test again. This shipment can be released for shipping if there is no problem at random test.
