Q2: Do you have current sample in stock?
A: Usually we don't have, because different customers have different requests, even the voltage and capacity are the same, other parameters maybe different. But we could finish your sample quickly once order confirmed. Generally, samples will take 3-7 business days.

A: To achieve the longest life from your battery it is best to charge the battery after each use or at least once daily if used every day. It should also be charged once every month if not used for a long period of time. All bikes come with smart chargers which stop charging when the battery is at capacity, so it is okay to leave you bike plugged in at all times.

Every product will be fully assembled and 100% tested before packing and shipping.
