Q1: What information do you need to make a customized battery pack?
A: We need the details below:
1. Size of the battery pack you need in mm.
2. Capacity of the Battery pack.
3. Voltage of the battery pack.
4. The power that your motor/engine need.
5. Cable and connector types you need.
6. Casing and Terminals if required.
7. Any protection circuits you may need.

Q2: Do you have current sample in stock?
A: Usually we don't have, because different customers have different requests, even the voltage and capacity are the same, other parameters maybe different. But we could finish your sample quickly once order confirmed. Generally, samples will take 3-7 business days.

Q3: Which shipment is available?

A: Normally, we ship goods by express & air & ship, special requirement also acceptable.

Q4: How should I charge the battery?
A: To achieve the longest life from your battery it is best to charge the battery after each use or at least once daily if used every day. It should also be charged once every month if not used for a long period of time. All bikes come with smart chargers which stop charging when the battery is at capacity, so it is okay to leave you bike plugged in at all times.

Q5: How do you control your product quality?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and 100% tested before packing and shipping. We have IQC(incoming quality control), PQC(processing quality control), FQC( Final quality control), QAC(quality assurance control) team. We guarantee that all orders are tested strictly before shipment

A: 12+1 months warranty. First of all, our battery's reject ratio is under 1%, but we'll repaired or replaced the battery for free if non-artificial quality problems are confirmed. If you receive any defective goods , we can change a new items for your immediately. However, customer need to pay the return ship fee.
