Quality Control Process
1. Raw Material Inspection
Conduct physical and chemical performance tests on all incoming raw materials (e.g., cathode, anode, electrolyte, separator) to ensure compliance with industry standards
2. Production Process Control
Coating: Check thickness, density, and surface defects.
Electrode Slitting: Control dimensional accuracy and burrs.
Assembly: Ensure alignment, sealing, and insulation of cells.
3. Cell Testing
Capacity Test: Verify if cell capacity meets design specifications.
Cycle Life Test: Simulate charge-discharge cycles to evaluate durability.
Safety Test: Include overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and nail penetration tests.
4. Finished Product Inspection
Visual Inspection: No deformation, leakage, or scratches.
Performance Test: Voltage, internal resistance, self-discharge rate must meet standards.
