It is used for roll-type material multiple strips continuous slitting. High accuracy slitting blade, which can carry out extremely high precision foil cutting. It is also widely applied in li-ion battery, metal foils, optical film and other functional film industries.

• Ultra-fine tungsten alloy slitting blade, great performance in slitting electrode, longer lifetime.

• High accuracy of slitting width, no burrs, wave and indentation.

• The engagement is adjustable, the ratio of blade speed to material linear speed is adjustabel.

• It is capable to carry out slitting for various of material & thickness by adjusting the angle of charging &discharging.

• The winding tension is automatically controlled, the upper and lower shaft are independently adjustable within 50N.

• PLC control & HMI operation, easy for using.
