The manufacture of the lithium-ion battery cell comprises the three main process steps of Electrode Manufacturing, Cell Assembly and Cell Finishing.
● The electrode manufacturing and cell finishing process steps are largely independent of the cell type, while cell assembly distinguishes between pouch and cylindrical cells as well as prismatic cells.
● Regardless of the cell type, the smallest unit of each lithium-ion cell consists of two electrodes and the separator which separates the electrodes from each other. Between them is the ion-conducting electrolyte.

Electrode Sheet Preparation:
- Vacuum Mixer for Cathode/Anode Materials Mixing
- Coating machine to coat paste onto current collector to create electrode.

- Electrolyte Diffusion and Degassing Chamber by removing air from the electrolyte
- Vacuum Pre-sealing Machine to seal longer side (the side with gas receiver) under vacuum after electrolyte if filled
- Battery Analyzer to charge/discharge the cell for battery formation and dirve the unnecessary gas caused by electrode chemical reaction into gas receiver
- Pouch Cell Final Sealing Machine cutting of the gas receiver and vacuum sealing machine for final sealing on the cutting edge under vacuum conditions with glove box
