Model: MR-MQ280

MR-QMQ85 is a gas driven die cutter for producing pouch battery cathode/anode electrodes ( no electricity required ) Its compact design enables the operation inside a glove box with Ar atmosphere where moisture/oxygen-sensitive electrodes will be cut (such as lithium metal electrode for LithiumSulfur, Lithium Air, and Lithium Solid-State batteries).

Main Features:

  • Sheet type electrode feeding, knife template for die cutting, can be placed in the glove box.
  • Easy to replace the cutter.
  • Long die life, normal use≥30,000 times.
  • No quality defects such as burrs, powder drop, and indentation.
  • Adopts four pillar structures, up and down slip smooth and high precision.
  • Exquisite appearance, easy to operate, safe and reliable, small size.

2. For the use of outside the glove box, you may use the air compressor, 60 psi recommended.

3. Compressor included

Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor, a two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation.
